Twinkling stars that shine above
Covered the twilight sky with eyes that glow
You were one of the stars above
That bonded the person who looked at you
Who admired you
Till you faded away
And give way
to the days that are yet to draw closer
I went back to the bygone days
To search for the long-gone moments
Where this star that entered my universe
Enlightened me with nothing
But words…words…words…
Not forgetting the smiles
Which are beyond the prettiest flower that blooms
That swept away the deepest glooms of mine
Now that you’re leaving
A precious gem that shines at all times
Will be out of glow
Losing all its charm that my universe has
Still,
Every moment that we shared
Will be memories that I’ll cherish
And your everything
Will be like a star,
That shines eternally
In my deep heart’s core…
