A Strange Path Poem by Galaralia Feo

A Strange Path

The unusual hello

led us in the woods.

I saw the zoo, the circus and the plays.

You saw no trees, no path and no bench.

We found a lair and set us free,

They found the bodies and declared us dead.

A stange path, a strange encounter... led to tragedy for those who found them, those who might have loved them...but to them, a strange, yet beautiful freedom was found. The paths we take in life, ultimately lead us to our deaths, it's the memory we leave behind that difine how we lived...how we loved, rather than how we died. Another Great piece Lara! I'm in love with your style... like a black and white photograph... it leaves an unmistakable impression on my mind. Great Write Lara, I'm now a fan...anticipating your next piece, and the next.; -) -Kelly.
