A Stranger Like Me Poem by Salman Javid

A Stranger Like Me

Rating: 5.0

A stranger, unlike others,
And very much like a family;
Living far and away,
But always with me;
Speaks a different tongue,
But always in touch with me;
The eyes, the hair, the smiles,
Always on my mind;
A reminder of everything,
The respect, the trust,
And many other noble acts,
That are between us;
Making me proud,
All the time!
