A Sudden Change Poem by Arsonist Arsonist

A Sudden Change

I see the clouds moving at the pace of the wind
Trying to blend in night's skin
Tonight they are in a hurry
Probably they are too trying to chase their own glories

I feel desolated with these solemn architects
Some have grown so old that their bodies have cracked in despair
A mourning success sleeps on their surfaces
That no leaves want to witness

I heard the young monuments sing
A restless song that no one believes
They have developed a concrete skin
And they are covered with the dust of their dreams

I keep thinking about them in amazement
How can they be so efficient in resembling the human race
I wish for the clouds to stop and take a breath
So, I took a breath to pray for a sudden change
