A Trash Friend Poem by Gretchen Leporgo

A Trash Friend

A TRASH FRIEND
______________________________________________________________
To comfort is to love
Live the life as a dove
In our side you are good
To equalize your mood

Saddest moments in
Pain can't bend
Finds comfort to someone
Be with you against everyone

Stories that can't bear
Stories that no one dare
Stories that make you ill
For us we almost kill

Sadness gone through
Feelings are true
Few months ago
True friends, you let go

Your sadness is ours
Your happiness is yours
How dare you
Using us to heal you

To comfort is to love
Not to a friend like you
Time to throw you away
And put you in your hideaway

You are a trash
Needs to crash
Burn your hideaway
For you to fly and die faraway
Goodbye
