A Tribute To A Loving Mom - Poem by Rechelle Lustre

When I was little you held my hand when I am scared
You were quick to give me hugs and kisses to say all's right
When I was older you prepared me to face life
You never fail to give your wisdom and advice

You are my light since I was little
You will always be my torch forever
Now that I'm a mother myself, I look up to you
I adore you and love you with all my heart

Mom, you are the Best Mother in the world
I would never ask for anybody else

I'm dying to show you a billion ways to say how much I love you
But right now since we are a thousand miles apart,
Let this simple poem be my way of getting through your heart.
I Love You Mama Linda and I miss you so much!
