A Valentine Unattended

Lot of words were said
Some remained unspoken
Tucked in reels were
Plush fun fare round-the-clock
Galore of wishes floated and kisses landed,
Dance was an encore naïve
Amid the aerosol of music
In an inebriated ambience.
Softer mystique souls
Shy of being exposed
Dispersed in the solution of crowd far apart,
Words of their eyes
Painted by trembling lips
Gathering scent from fresh blooms
Reached the solitude of woods.
There subtle romance created designs
By the moon flowing through the foliage
Where the silence was loud enough to hear the song of the hearts
A thousand dollar smile wrapped in an envelope of hush
Took no time to reach the shore.
‘Oh! There was an invitation for a valentine day show! ’
