A Warm Dream Poem by sarah Shahzad

A Warm Dream

The sound that serves between them,

Skies that circle all over them,

Water dripping from the wells above,

The movement so calm and discreet,

The wind that flows through the mind,

And cleans the heart of the divined,

In the gloomy motion of light,

That gives warm shivers away,

Skies that filled islands floating beneath,

Holding a pattern of luminous stars beneath,

Whispers of waves in the calm of ocean,

Where the hearts find their way out,

Painted horizons where dreams find their cover,

All of it together in the cloak to rediscover,

Was this one delightful small tree,

That slowly sank into my arms,

Remembering all this palate,

That was delicious to my debate,

Gave me a good sleep,

Throughout the sorrowing night.
