In the quiet room of learning,
Where books and whispers reign,
I met you by chance,
And nothing was the same.
A smile exchanged, a spark ignites,
A dinner shared under the night.
The laughter easy, the vibe so right,
In your presence, my heart takes flight.
Yet years divide us, a curious span,
In this dance of chance, where do we stand?
You, with youthful grace and dreams,
I, with years and silent schemes.
I wonder if you feel it too,
This gentle pull, this wondrous view.
Unsure am I of your heart's desire,
But hope lingers, a quiet fire.
Could it be just the start,
A fleeting connection, or more at heart?
In this moment, I dare to dream,
Of what we are, and what we might seem.
