A Wish Poem by Hafsat Yunus Ilham

A Wish

For the last couple birthdays,
Before blowing off the candles,
My only wish always says;
To dwell in my lover's
Consuming soul and body's.

I never gave up.
Every year my hope's up.
All of a sudden he said,
'Me and you will betide'!
Looking at him with wide eyes,
I tried to process.

But it wasn't lasting.
For his lips were feasting on mine,
Sending shivers down my spine.
His hands were all over my bosom,
Replacing them with his tongue and lips
Made me floating with Stars,
In the galaxy of his love.

I saw the mars, hot and wild!
And I thought I have seen all.
Only when he was inside me,
Consuming me and taking all I had to offer,
Did I get to meet the sun.
There and then I melted in
The ecstasy of his passion.
I had a full course dinner
And I fell in a deep slumber.
Little did I know dessert awaits qq,
When it couldn't wait longer a bit,
I got served in my Dreamland.
I woke up as the tension build,
On my flesh he dinned and feasted.
I couldn't tell which world I was in,
This must be heavens
Because heavenly it feels!
