About You - Poem by Sandra Wiebe

I sit here talking to
You but you don’t talk back
I wonder if you really care about me
Because I pour my life
Out and all you do is
Nothing so I want to
Say that I care
I care so much that
I will just sit here
And let you ignore me
Oh that’s right you don’t want
To make anyone mad by liken
Someone, just if you liked
Me back just as I Like you.
