Absolute Poem by Viviana Armadillo

Absolute

Nowhere here to find
Vampires have lined
To create massive crimes
I have no absolution
To solve with resolution
Of the revolution

Is it my fault for this sight?
Is there any resolute light?
Is there any end to this plight?
It has become so desolate
That no one on the consulate
Has noticed that there is no longer a gauntlet

This is our demise
To my surprise
That we caused our lies
To have so many things go wrong
And that the lies are lifelong
That we haven’t heard the gong

This is Absolute
Crimes and lies we must refute
Something we must give attribute
This isn’t my recreation
This is my expatriation
We must fix this misappropriation
