Ache Poem by Kat Void

Ache

The lump in the back of my throat is making it hard to breathe. I gasp for air holding onto my neck, looking all around me.
The tears stream down my face, making it difficult to see.
I quickly plant my right hand over my mouth. No one hears me silently fighting the urge to breathe.
