I don't know why I feel this way,
We are so far apart,
But somewhere, somehow I'm not sure,
I find you're in my heart.
There's nothing I can do or say,
No physical domain,
That dictates this peculiar thing,
It's almost like a pain.
I've never even met you,
We are words in cyberspace,
Seeking, reaching, talking,
I do not know your face.
The distance that's between us,
Can be expressed in miles,
And I know that, in real time,
I'll never see your smiles.
Our lives are totally different,
To that which we perceive,
But given both the time and place,
Could our relationship succeed? ?
