Addiction
I tread a road of darkness
My addiction growing stronger
A life of hopelessness and disappointment
I cry out for help but no one answers
Now a light ever so bright warms my body
Am I out, have I been set free
No I'm just passing into a different world
No more pain or sorrow
As I lay under the earth never aging to be seen
