Admirer From Afar - Poem by amanda awan

Grasp your hand
into my heart,
a longing feeling
dares to part.

you pull me in
through gravity,
somehow daring
but carefree.

your electric touch
i very much crave
a rush in time,
i'm in a daze.

my hand in yours,
a perfect fit,
a dinner of wonder,
candlelit.

i love you always
you tell me so
if only you told me
so long ago.

a fairytale come true
that's what you are
a prince made for me
an admirer from afar.
