Advice Poem by Ray Tatenda Mutizwa

Advice

You see my action towards you
I can see you are convinced am mean
Notice, I was once like you
For sure I know what it means

I speak not to deprive you
I say this to revive you
Your heart is filled with folly
You decide intoxicated with youthful jolly

Know you are still gullible
Though you think you are able
In time you remember this
When you find yourself amiss
Then you will be irredeemable
Treasure my words and you will be formidable
