African My African - Poem by Olakunle John

African my african the part of the green land where milk and honey flows as a mother country but also as a father country, that was once being colonize by the british the british as an explorer then but you got your independence from them, although our forefathers was being sold into slavery and some died when the they cant bear it anymore.
African my african the land that have enough natural resources the land of peace and honour where both the rich and the poor live happily together although once upon a time ago when we were being colonize our ideas was discriminated but now we are free.
Oh african your blood still runs in my vein all days and all night.
