After The Grave, The Void Speaks Louder Poem by *Tony Cemaluk Egbuonu

After The Grave, The Void Speaks Louder

Truth be told,
it's truly overwhelming
beholding the preceding presence
of your eternal absence.

The piercing pains?
Simply unpleasant.
The adamant agonies?
Unseen, but felt.

The hallowing volcanic void -
untouched, yet
it touched every soul and sense
of every being
wherever you have been.
