After You Poem by Arunank Latha

After You

Rating: 5.0

The days has gone,
The sweetness has gone
but, the memories...
it haunts

Your warmth against mine
in those cold days
Your gazing eyes
in the shady nights
Your breath on my neck

and the moon and stars
over our heads
those eternal nights
under infinite sky

.............

After your depart,
you know?
What i am having now!
tearful words,
saddest lines, and
an aborted poem, and
an old monk

Sad passionate feeling well articulated and elegantly penned from inner recesses of the heart. Very heartfelt with strong emotions. Thanks for sharing.
