David, I so understand where you're coming from in view of recent events, but believe me - as one born in the same year as your good self, I've never been so flexible and physically strong. If you don't use it, you lose it. When I was thirty something and fell on my head attempting a handstand, part of me said - I guess this is about getting older. Then at 38, I started yoga and I've not looked back. Sure the face may have sagged, but the body responds amazingly to a daily nurturing and leaning on the edge of its resistance. Well David you may not be able to do what you did at 21, but your a lot wiser now than then, a pity you can't have the wisdom at 21...

Yes it is.. but for me, age doesnt matter so long as you make the most of it and live life to the fullest, counting not the years added to your life but your life added to your age..haha..well, David, you're still young!
