Aiden Poem by Tiffiney Britton

Aiden

Rating: 5.0

Your precious cheeks, they came from me.
Your eyes from both, for you to see.
That special aww, u made through sound.
If only you, were still around.
Those precious lips, I kissed so much.
If only u, could feel my touch.
A mothers touch, there's only one,
I need u now, my precious son.
That special song, you'd touch my hand.
'Your body is, a wonderland.'
Ur smile bright, so soon u see.
I guess another, part of me.
Your hair so thick, from both of us.
We even loved, your little fuss.
We tried so hard when you would cry,
To calm you down, your dad and I.
We split apart, I know it's sad.
But at the time, it was bad.
We're better now, on our own,
Losing you, broke our home.
Your dad I know, I'll always love,
He helped make you, from God above.
I miss him too, but he's still near.
Losing you, was our biggest fear.
Now your there, and we're still here,
I think of you, and shed a tear.
I love you Aiden, my baby boy.
Having you, was such a joy.
I hope to see you, again someday.
To hold you tight, and hear you say
'Hi mommy, I missed you so,
I never ever, let you go,
I heard you pray, every night.
I'd try to shine those stars so bright,
To let you know that I was there,
And leaving you, wasn't fair.
But I had a job, I had to do,
You are so tough and god just knew,
That you can handle, anything,
With every hardship he might bring.
I got those kisses every night.
you never ever left my sight,
Except when you, were being bad,
Because up here, we can't be sad.
So on those days, god closed my eyes,
And sang these special, lulubys.
'Your body is a wonderland',
He'd sing to me and hold my hand.
I love you mommy so so much,
I never ever forgot your touch. '
