Aids - Poem by kendyll brown

'god if you love me, i know its right, please let us make love tonight'
she asked him with a pleading voice
thinking she'd made the right choice
she put on music that seemed best
knowing that he'd take care of the rest
she didnt know how exactly she felt
as he un-did his belt
her parents found them before it got any worse
she kicked and screamed, hit and cursed
but ceased when she heard their news
many girls had been in her shoes
that didnt stop him, caused they're strife
and soon AIDS would take his life
see, god really loveed her and kept her safe
an now she has complete faith
