Ain’t I Hath Thy Love In Me... Poem by Vinod Guhaprasad

Ain’t I Hath Thy Love In Me...

Hold me tight to know, the warmth I posses
Let me feel you in my arms, to know my love
Like the breeze that carries the fragrance.
You took me from the past in a wee wind
And carried me to the future, along…

You may chide, for I need you,
You shall feel me
In every beat my heart pounds
For thy name is chiseled,
Not for the world to see
But for you, only you, to feel!

You art not by my side, oh dear,
The sun refuses to shine at my vision
The birds don’t tweet to my tunes.
All ye need is thy soul of vigor, to cheer
With the wet shoulder at times of need.

These words posseth meaning
Ain’t I hath thy love in me!
