Al Jabbaro Poem by Charlotte Riley

Al Jabbaro

Your eyes lock in
I loose control
The world just passes by.
Your presence grips a hold of me
And hunger makes me lie.

Tighter, tighter
Tensions build
You suffocate my veins,
The lustfulness that you bestow
Is choking me like chains.

This sickness hypnotizes me
My dreams lay in distress,
The energy is rising fast
My mind you do posses.

The haunting chases every thought
I fall into your spell,
Obsessions taking over me
Disguise is done so well.

I’m suffering insomnia
Cannot bare the way you tease.
Invading I invite you in
And sickness we shall feed.

Adrenaline is growing stronger
You feel what we create.
Slaying my mind with a charm of wonder
And now I can’t escape.

Choking on this fantasy
Craving your supernatural taste.
Together we can heal this anxiety
For power to embrace.

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

I like this Charlotte although the meter is a bit off the words have a good flow to them and your narration through the emotions in the poem are first rate, I give it a big thumbs up and a definate ten.
