aah
I am!
I am alive!
The sounds, the air, the light, all is alive!

What can I give the world today?

I can give the joy of life in my being;
give the care of love in every word;
give the sound of Truth in every action.

I can give the breath of life in simple chores;
wash the body with wonder.
polish the shine with precision.

I can cook with care so love enlivens every atom;
eat with gratitude so love can feed every cell;
look into the mirror of every eye and see the beauty of light.

I can say “yes! ” to every task arising;
feel rich with every thing given.
I have so much to give that there is no time to want.

But I can say “yes! ” to the rest that is offered.
I can savour the stillness of rest;
give stillness beyond words.
