All Alone Poem by Cati Walthall

All Alone

Millions of people around me
I'm the only one here
Crying for help
but no one can hear my tears
Trapped in this hell we call life
Yelling for you to hear
I'm dying on the inside
I need brought back to life
I'm to numb to even try
The blank stare in my eyes
The blank pieces of paper in my heart
Tears my life in two
Soon to be million shreds on my arms
Not able to think straight
The thoughts overwhelming
I'm afraid I'll do something stupid
I know it's something I'll regret
Take away my tools
Because everything sets me off
Everything triggers me
And everything hurts
Please save me
because I can't save myself.
