Five years.
All the tears that I have cried
I've left it all behind
You pushed me away so hard
that it led me to the light where I am now

You've triggered my awakening
You've awoken something inside of me that
I thought was already long gone in a casket of dismay
You are someone that I've always wanted
but I can't have

You were living in my head rent-free
the obsession is too much that it almost drives me crazy
but you also healed me
when you showed me your true colors
I loved you unconditionally but everything has its limitations

Now the tables have turned
balls in your court
I'm done playing the game of destiny
now it's your turn
for you to see what I have been through

The pale of tears I've cried
Now it's your turn to turn the tide
with your strong emotions
and missing someone that you can't have
I hate to see you cry

But I have to go
I have my new life coming up ahead of me
I dreamt of every moment sharing it with you
only if you were not so cruel to me
