How painful and sweet
the word love
can be
How terribly numbing
and terribly scary
but for many love
is what they search for
but cannot find
they long to grasp it
but it cannot be grasped
to learn how but it cannot
be learned yet in all
the total loveless relationships
seem to dwindle slowly
to soon and one day all
my be loved by whom they chose
and be hated by those they chose to hate
but often enough it cannot be ignored
that every person alive deserves
to have someone to love and
be in turn in love
with no matter
who they are
