A constant cloud overhead
No silver lining to be seen
You've stolen my heart
Now there’s a hole where it’s been

A constant flow of tears
Mourning for what I had
Never thinking it would be lost
Never thinking I’d be this sad

A constant pain
Deep in my chest
Struggling to breathe
Thinking about this mess

A constant ache
In my head
Regretting things
Left unsaid

A constant yearning
For what I dreamed
Hoping together
Or so it seemed

Now you’re gone
And I’m all alone
Left with a shattered heart
Never known
