All Springs Around You Poem by Amit Bandyopadhyay

All Springs Around You

The touch I seek,
The fragrance I smell,
The beauty I cherish,
All springs around you.

The broken pieces I gather,
The hope I feel,
The intensity I long for,
All springs around you.

My vision, the agony darkens;
My bones, the emptiness crushes;
My soul, the loneliness burns;
Yes I'm nothing but a ruin.

Tortured, the sensors are;
Fractured, the boneless heart is;
My true spirit, I miss.
Thus I seek thee in me.

The reason to sense,
The reason to breathe,
The reason to survive,
All springs around you.
