Always Poem by Grace Petry

Always

In every timeline, I will always find you.
You may appear too early for me,
or I may be too late for you.
Just know that I will always wait.
I will wait until eternity ceases, until I am again in your presence.
I cannot escape the gravitational pull of your being. It is a force that cannot be reckoned with, an affinity that can only be measured with infinity.
I am thriving on borrowed time taken from the promise of a million tomorrows.
Throughout every lifetime,
I would unearth you time and time again.
