Always On My Mind (Song Lyrics) - Poem by countrygrl 1009

I keep seeing you everywhere I go,
and I don't want to, but I don't know
how to get you off my mind,
I try but it's not workin' / baby I keep seein' you / don't know what to do

~Chorus:
I guess no matter how hard I try
I just won't ever get you, off my mind,
and some people would say its fate
and that I should get you back if its not too late, ~

you know I'm one of those people who always fall for fate,
yet in my heart I know, it's just too late,
I ride by your place every once in a while,
hopin' maybe I still make you smile

and I don't know, what to do,
cause in my heart, I still want you

~Chorus (x2) :
I guess no matter how hard I try
I just won't ever get you, off my mind,
and some people would say its fate
and that I should get you back if its not too late,

and I guess no matter how hard I try
I really won't ever get you outta my mind
and some people, they try to say it's fate
and that I should get you back if its not too late (it's too late) ~

I guess I'll keep ridin' by your place,
and I guess I'll keep trying not to break,
into a million pieces, everytime I see you,
I guess it's truely, truely,
I guess it's truely too late.

    Hey everyone!
I kinda wrote this on the spot, so let me know what you think about it.
Also, I know poemhunter is for poems, but this has some rhyme to it, so if it makes anyone feel better, just consider it a poem :)
