Am Very Busy Poem by Jonathan Tafreg

This poem is derived from the chorus of my own song "Am Very Busy" which I composed in 2011 when I was in High School. The song was later recorded in Mbeya City, Tanzania, at the end of 2014 by Kingson of E-Records. The single was aired first at Bomba F.M in Mbeya, then Radio Free Africa in Mwanza (2016)and ranked the first position for several times in the reggae category. I have performed several times in different places, and this song has earned me a very great reputation as an artist, as a poet, as a teacher, and as a Rastafarian. It's about love, and it took me 30 minutes to compose it. I remember during those days, we were competing with other artists from our school in composing songs, we use to select topics randomly and then one would compose the song or poem according to his or her pick. So I picked a love topic, and the first thing that popped in my mind was, a song where I tell a girl how busy I am in love with her, and so "Am Very Busy". To me, this is my best composition as I have employed different literary devices when it comes to analyzing it.
