American Troops Poem by Kayla Sharpe

Through the stars and stripes of our American Flag
There lies our troops
The ones who are still fighting
And the ones who have lost the battle
They are the true heroes of our generation
Our Lord and Savior died for us
Our troops fight for our freedom
Without them, this land would not be free
Nor would we have a place to call our own
They give their lives to protect us
To give us a land of free
Without them, where would we be?
