Evening shadows brings 'em out to feed
Verily, in herds mighty raised
Elephants aplenty amongst the reeds!
Nightly yonder they traverse crazed,
Into the forest of large trees to graze
Noon to snooze, romp and bathe
Grooming one another, with dust they raise.

She cares for her brood
He scouts around
Aunts and matriarchs
Daughters and sons
Oldies and young
Wise elephants they are
Some say they never forget who they are.
