An End I Plead Poem by Victor Emmanuel

An End I Plead

A tear at night

Afraid and freight

Heart waging war

Could peace be a thing?

The days turn red

The sun won't set

I pray for a better breed

Maybe only then I could breath

Wounds refuse to heal

This skirmish diminish l plead

Facing another freight

Would send my breath tight
