New songs of dawn recreate new melodies ‘cross the horizon,
Rainbows of hope visible in the world of sky,
Thrills of joy kindle the heart of Nature,
Waters of oceans and seas splash pouring happiness,
For, thou hast stepped onto the chamber of Higher Learning.
Thy first step hath cheered the whole lecture hall,
Brimming with the scholarly minds,
Whose modules and lectures would awaken the buds.

Thou, O, art a bud to blossom with sweet fragrance,
And to shine and glisten praising Jesus' Glory.
Thou art a chosen pot in His Hand,
And shall be in perfect shape by His Will,
And thou shall speak the Word of God.
Since the day you were born He is with thee,
And He is with thee on the day of thy new entry
Into the second phase of life.

O. Future Scientist! , thou shalt be for the future,
Each of thy steps shalt be thy growth in life,
Ethics of Biology shall create new meanings in thy experiments,
Technology shall add beauty to thy researches,
For, thou art a student to grow in bright prospects,
Thou shalt grow with thy diligent learning,
HE is with thee to nurture and nourish thee,
And thou shalt proclaim HIS Glory with thy learning.
