Ana's Ways Poem by Victoria Morton

Ana's Ways

The curling's and crawling of your insides
The calories you can never hide
Choking under the weight of your heart
It will never end if you don't start

So put down that fork and knife
it's time to create you a new life

"Can you see me? "

To be as what you have always dreamed
for all those times you cried and screamed
for every teardropp shed in a lovely painted red
that slip down you Ivory skin as you bled
Now You must not eat
Let Ana fasten you to her seat
Follow her through good and bad
she's strict with rules that make you sad

Now when you cry it's for her
Now when you cut it's for her
Anything you feel is now for her

Guilt.Shame.Pain.Fear.Hate.Love.Energy Lack.

Aggressively Negative Attack
on ourselves

Look at Me now

Look at us now
