Skies
Clouds
The moon
Paintings
The Greeks, Romans, Egyptians
Works of Art
History
A glimpse at life's portraiture in still moving skies
A mirador, a panorama of Grecian likeness, Roman, Egyptian
Past and present paint;
An appendage projection to the trailing clouds
Sculptures on the moon overhead
Paintings on the clouds
A faint laughter, a distant cry
In the voices of winds that shape the clouds
Into perfect sculptures,
From Aristocles to Bernini down to neo-Kollwitz
And into alluding azure: to the smoky Greek battlefields
Inhumane Roman arena
The nuclear 90s
Hiroshima and Nagasaki
Hutu and Tutsi massacre
Book haram killings
The biological weapon Syria
Preserved up there atop the clouds
Auctioned were the great works of Art, History,
For a price: that your portraiture be auctioned Tomorrow.
The day we arrive newly and depart recently
Our gazes release sculptures, portraitures, paintings, images
Laughter and cries
Dangling on the auctioning clouds overhead.
