We could have talked
Worked it out somehow
And I guess we could have tried
Tried to understand
We do though
Maybe thats why we never talked
Why you looked away and why I stared

We should have talked
Talked about the hurt
Did you want to ignore?
Maybe I wanted to be spared
Atleast I wanted to spare you..I know
Did you know?
You must have been scared

We should talk
More than we do
And I should ask, just to know for sure
But you shouldn't answer
Because you'll never realise
Just how strong you made me

If you ever really ask me
I'll be honest
And everytime we talk
I'll be stronger
