It wasn't with fear that I chose her;
Neither with hope that we will be together,
It was love; for which, I closed my eyes,
Dreaming of her down the distant skies.
She came and went in the blink of an eye;
No pain; no tears; nothing to cry,
Nothing to lose; nothing to gain,
No one to look over and cry again.
And then the darkness spread around;
A crimson pool formed on the ground,
The sounds of life lowered their tone,
And she took me to a land unknown.
A land where life is nowhere to be found,
A land where death is all around.
