And Most Of All I Love You Poem by Megan Faust

And Most Of All I Love You

Rating: 5.0

I hate I missed the chance…

To say the words trapped inside my heart.
It is hard to find a place to start.

It hurts that these words came to late.
That I can't change time; can't fight fate.

How do I say I MISS YOU; when you are no longer here.
That I want to touch you; when you are no longer near.

How do I say THANK YOU for all the joy you gave me.
To ask for just one more day; one that can never be.

How do I say I AM SORRY for all the things I regret.
How do I let you know I will never forget.

Yes, our road was long; No, the past can't be undone.
But I still wish we had shared more days in the sun.

And now I can't see your smile, your face.
Nor hold you close in a warm embrace.

But you live in my heart; live in my memory.
And you will always live as a part of me.

I know you are in a better place;
free of pain and full of grace.

Yet how do I say GOODBYE.
When all I want is yesterday.

Most of all…
How do I say how much I love you.

I LOVE YOU.
I always loved you.
I always will.

I love you.
I love you.
A million more times I love you.
And still that is not nearly enough.
