And So You Sang Poem by Casey Gochnour

And So You Sang

Oh how you sing such sweet melodies to my ear,
No other sound rings in so clear.
When you sang, you sang for me,
You sang to my face so I could see.

Your lovely lips moving so wonderfully,
Your hips moving so wondrously,
God, how sexy you can move, baby,
How you just drive me crazy…

Not many are able to hear your beautiful song,
So graceful and soft, yet so very strong,
She sings how she sings when no one’s around,
Moving through notes effortlessly, oh blessed sound.

Her dance was captivating, the way she moved her hips,
Dropping letters across when on mine she dragged her lips.
The harmony so lovely, so mesmerizing,
I could only stare and watch her sing.

God… such beauty from such a creature born here,
What euphony to my all-loving ear.
Such a voice…
I know I have no other choice.

I must hear it again, I must hear it once more,
For I’ve never stumbled across such beauty before.
Just once more, darling, just lend me your lips,
Sing through the words of such delicate scripts.

Please, I would sit still for hours just listening to you sing,
Please, release your wonderful notes to your so lucky king.
Flow from your lips such elegant music, the sound of your soul,
Release your being and lose control.
