And Yet The Past Remains Poem by Pietro Grossi

And Yet The Past Remains

You can think what you want
Think me selfish and clever
Time will never cancel
Our past together.

When the love of their Dad
Met the love of their Mum,
Started life of our sons..
Sign of love'll last forever.
