And You Ask Me Why Poem by jeremiah orman

And You Ask Me Why

You asked me why?
Why did I breeze by and not even provide a nonchalant turning of my eyes
Simple,
As the rubbing of a crickets legs
Simple
The answer is
After the awakening of child into adult
The crimson sheet falling to the main performance
The act, a grand divine infusion of history, sex, and the rotating door of smoggy juke joints

soapbox philosophy, blah blah!

basement drugs that make you feel cozi

After highways.biways.girls named molly, drugs named molly
guns, hand grenades and the soft downy dew feeling of......................
Pause filled anti climatic Mumbo jumbo moments
labored breathing through trade wind horizons

The earth is turning, are the clouds above or below us?

You ask me why?
Simple,
as whales beaching their selves chasing the moon
Or the sound of thighs sliding down a rail
Brass when you are hunting gold
The answer is

Simple
Cause I have mountains in my eyes, dreams in my grasp
Thunder under my footsteps
A million more chances to capture one dead on,
Dead on
,2 pints and a singsong
Glorious she is moaning my name glimpse of life

The hunt for new experience

hailstorm poetry it could be called of this journey
poets! ...., rising stars rambling about their affairs with vodka and iron curtain women

Or it could be that I walked by without noticing you because the distant has captured my purity, what little I have
So I am enticed
Sure I noticed
I noticed it all, from your Icelandic gaze
To the men mudrered in the labor revolution
I noticed the veil on the virgin
I noticed the humor of currency and politics
The incest
The contradictions
Contrition's
The cataclysmic blunderous screw ups our leaders have led us into while holding our hands.
Sure I noticed the to close to the bush blue bloods, gang banging our land while wreaking havoc on our families, money,
Stealing or ability to obtain one free thought
Yes I noticed the we are owned creatures

and you ask me why?
Why I leave it all to chance
Why I surive in the experience of random causal mettings
Why I dream?
