Anesthetized In A Crystal Glare Poem by Nithin Jacob

Anesthetized In A Crystal Glare

Nobody wants to build a wall
You don’t want to dig a hole
Life & death is not in your hands
Past & hope is not known to you
I sit & think, Oh no, it’s confusing
I can just play this music louder
You are in rage & life is not a vein
Oh Mother, I want to be hugged
Sing some songs, make me dance
Oh Papa, I’ll be joining you there
Tell me stories, tell me more
If I go all the way from the start
See the future and set the stage
Play the part and cleanse my sin
Would you give me another chance?
Will I get rid of this public speck?
I want to build a castle in the sky
Name a place where I want to stay
When the Dreams & trials showered
I sit & smile, wait for the future
A world set for me to play…
A world set for me to breathe...
