Angering Frustrations. Poem by daa Pacifyr

Angering Frustrations.

Rating: 5.0

The fears we can't put off,
The tears we can't keep from falling,
Oh if our problems had switches we could turn off,
Putting on a brave front for acquaintances watching,
But in whom do we confide our fears?
Who cares so much as to share in our tears?
Looking up to the sky trying to dry the tears,
They care only that you aren't ahead,
Where to find comfort amidst this dilemma?
When even in a crowd we feel so alone,
Perhaps in the forgetful bliss beer brings,
But in the end we are as miserable as we are alone,
Perhaps in the inviting between of a female's thighs,
But after the paid-for pleasure and the heavy sighs,
On our own we still do roam,
Where then to seek comfort?
In what do we find strength and hope?
When love hurts so much we dare not seek it out,
And anger built up in us we need vent it out,
What could sooth our weary souls?
Do we live on while our resolve folds?
Or take our own lives and see what the after-life holds?
