Anniversary - Poem by Shirley Frederick

A years gone by
The daily walk hard and then
Memories we have
With emptiness its been
Time has a way
Of slipping by so fast
No matter the time
Your part of the past
A town you loved
Friends you'll always keep
We'll all meet again
Around Jesus feet
