Another Poem by Katelin Taylor

Another

Rating: 4.3

Now you're just another verse I wrote
Another dream gone down in smoke
Another page I threw away
Another price I had to pay.

Now your face is lost to me
Another stranger that I see
Another passerby, just you
One of the many, one of the few.

You were my fairytale, my dream
Now just another empty screen
Another song I listened to
That no longer sounds like me and you.

You're just another memory
That I hold dear, a reverie
Another lost old fantasy
Another man who can't have me.

Nice journey. Another to another... as if bees are sucking honey.... brilliant irony.
